Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all US orders with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days after processing.
International Shipping We ship to customers worldwide. International orders are shipped via standard shipping and typically arrive within 10–21 business days after processing, depending on your location and local customs procedures.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Pawsitive Pet Tech is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If tracking number isn't available a shipping notification will be sent when the order is processed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
